Question about Fatal Error - SPOILERS! - Ken Valentine - 11-04-2010

Lee MD Wrote:Is there something in Reprisal that explains Rasalom's trips to North Carolina? Also, I wish the book went into detail on Glaeken's trip to NC and his "discovery".
Reprisal takes place (mostly) in North Carolina, and that's where you'll find out about Glaeken's "discovery" as well.

Zeros are more oblong than round, Big Grin But as for the picture, it hasn't been addressed yet. By the way "Fatal Error" ended, it could very well be used in the final book, "The Dark at the End."

Question about Fatal Error - SPOILERS! - natalya - 11-04-2010

It'll be a long while till FATAL ERROR reaches me here in Singapore. Could someone PM me some spoilers? Do we learn more about Gleaken's First Age life? What is Dawn's baby?

Question about Fatal Error - SPOILERS! - Lee MD - 11-04-2010

I've been lurking for a few months...Read the entire series over the past couple of months via my local library. I discovered this series when cruising around a LOST forum earlier this year and someone mentioned it.

Should I wait for the Reprisal reprint next year or will it be the same the current one?

Welcome to the board.

I have the original Reprisal. From my understanding, the only minor changes are in technology.

Question about Fatal Error - SPOILERS! - fireflame333 - 11-23-2010

I have kind of a knit-picky question about something that I noticed about Munir toward the end of Fatal Error...
and I feel like one of those people at a star trek convention; (In episode 243.98 when the galactic blah blah blah, said this and that, wasnt the klingon such and such supposed to be this or that so then HOW could this teeny tiny thing be true?!)
...But in trying to get past my inner nerd, I was wondering why about 2/3rd of the way through the book does Munir refer to "God" instead of "Allah" as he did in the beginning of the book? Its when he is explaining to Jack about how the Jihad420 will go viral and he says "I wish to God that I'd never learned how to program."
Is it an intentional reference suggesting that after everything Munir went through with his family that he does not believe in Allah anymore? Or is it just a mistake?
I absolutely loved the book as always and super excited about the dark at the end!
Thanks!
