Bad Movie recommendations - Lisa - 11-11-2008 Enemy Mine is actually a really good film. What's wrong with you people? You clearly need to be schooled in the Art of Badosity. Start with The Van or The Clones or Aztec Rex or Driller Killer or Highlander II (arguably the worst movie ever made by a variety of standards) and report back with your revised lists. Bad Movie recommendations - Terry Willacker - 11-12-2008 Yes! I'm starting an Enemy Mine fan club. Bad Movie recommendations - LolaRennt - 11-12-2008 Badosity? I like that... I've been afraid to see Highlander II. Species was a bad movie - the funniest bad moment in it was when Forest Whitaker, who played an empath, walked into a gore filled room. He took a stance that I guess was supposed to be indicative of him using his empathic abilities. Then he solemnly announced "something bad happened here." Gee, I didn't realize that it takes an empath to determine that something bad happened in a blood splattered room. Gee, I didn't realize that it takes an empath to determine that something bad happened in a blood splattered room. Species isn't that bad. Actually, it's kinda good. Especially compared to its sequels. I saw it again recently and was surprised by how un-bad it was. Bad Movie recommendations - Jay #1 - 11-13-2008 Japanese movie - Wild Zero From what I understand, the Guitar Wolf character and band are an actual band, or were considering the movie is from the 80's at least. spoilers, in effect summarizing the whole movie... and still covering all the main points. 1) any gun, no matter the millimeter, vaporized a zombie's head leaving a weaving headless corpse that falls to the ground. 9 millimeter seemed to be the favorite. 2) Guitar Wolf can throw an unlimited number of glowing electrical guitar picks at zombies, killing them. 3) Guitar Wolf slices UFO in half with a sword he draws from his guitar. UFO explodes. Zombies keel over. He yells "Rock And Roll!" while holding his sword up high. 4) Guy falls in love with girl. guy runs away from girl when he discovers she's a man. Guy realizes he's in love anyway and goes back for him/her. Guy rides off into sunset with man/girl at end of movie. 5) The UFO's were never explained. Bad Movie recommendations - Sam - 11-27-2008 Here's a couple of flushers that I watched recently, for no more than 10 minutes apiece. The Tomb - After seeing this pile o' stool maybe it's a good idea to change the name of the RJ movie so as not to be confused with this BM-rated flick. The Morgue - I honestly can't remember anything from the 10 minutes or so that I watched. I wanted to forget it that fast. The Abomination - I've said it more times than I can recall, but this is by far the worst movie I've ever seen. So bad that you will laugh your belly sore. Bad Movie recommendations - Wapitikev - 11-30-2008 I'm not sure this movie ever made it to DVD...it was a cavalcade of stereotypes, potty humour and is completely predictable...it's so bad that it's good...I couldn't stop laughing! It is, perhaps, Paul Rodriguez's finest performance. If you like the better parts of the Austin Powers series humour then you'll enjoy The Whoopee Boys. -Wapitikev Bad Movie recommendations - Sam - 12-04-2008 Breaker, Breaker - Chuck Norris as a former arm wrestling champ turned vigilante truck driver. I've only caught the fight scene in a barn/corral so if the rest of the movie was that bad... woof! Had to be one of the worst fight scenes ever filmed, but hilarious. Bad Movie recommendations - Sigokat - 12-05-2008 Shepard: Border Patrol A totally deplorable movie with Jean Claude Van Damme that I can't believe I actually watched the whole thing. It also had the standard fight scene that added absolutely Zero to the plot (what little one there was) but it gave Van Damme the chance to kick some dude's ass that was twice as big as him. But it had this great line (of course it wasn't meant to be funny in the movie). I'll put it in spoiler tags because of the vulgarity of it.
"You know that wife of yours? I hear she'll suck any dick bigger then yours. When you kiss her you can taste every man in town."
Just imagine Van Damme saying that with his horrible accent (you'd think he'd be able to speak English by now) Bad Movie recommendations - LolaRennt - 12-05-2008 I've always hated Van Damme and Segal. And yeah, you'd think Van Damme would have English figured out. |
