When Peter was erased from existence it too erased all past events with him. He never went to the alternate universe, he was never rescued by Olivia with the help of Broyle's, and he never got alternate Olivia pregnant. Because none of those things happened Broyle's wasn't killed by Walternet.

But Olivia admitted going over to the other side and being trapped there. So how did she get back if Broyles didn't help her?
