THE KEEP (new edition) - Maggers - 11-22-2010

fpw Wrote:They should be, Maggers. Any I've put up (usually $2.99 or less) certainly are. The AC ebooks (those up and those to come) are all the latest iterations.

Woot! Getting those babies for $2.99 or anything in that neck of the woods is a GIFT! Thanks, Paul.

THE KEEP (new edition) - Barry Lee Dejasu - 12-16-2010

sigokat Wrote:My problem with the figure in the circle (besides the whole Jack thing) is that it looks to "modern". The Keep took place during WWII, right? Why does the guy in the circle look like he's walking down some hallway in a present day building or something?

It just looks wrong to me as well.

Well...the "modern" flavorings don't help, and the fact that BOTH of the other two Adversary Cycle books don't have the silhouette (if they did, they could have had a man reaching out for The Touch, and...er, something else for Reprisal. How would any of YOU re-design those covers to include A silhouette in them, and what would be in the silhouette?

And pardon me if I'm overly optimistic here, but do any of you think it could be looked at as an image of Glaeken, somewhere mid-trek? The silhouette looks alert, tense even, and in a hurry (the way the arms are dangling, the stride, etc.). Just a thought.
