How could I forget Lurch and Benson!!!

Mr. Belvedere - Brian - 12-09-2008

Wasn't Benson on Soap? He then had a show of his own.

Mr. Belvedere - Fenian1916 - 12-10-2008

Yes he was. The Governor was someone on Soap's brother or something.
How could we have forgotten Benson and Lurch Lola?

Mr. Belvedere - LolaRennt - 12-10-2008

Old age, I guess.

Would you consider Jeannie the domestic help in her show? I can't quite decide about that one. She was usually more of a domestic hinderance.

Mr. Belvedere - Fenian1916 - 12-10-2008

I wouldn't call her help and yes hinderance is a much better descriptor.

Mr. Belvedere - LolaRennt - 12-10-2008

Heh...even whiny Tony from Who's the Boss could kick her ass.

Should we count Alfred from Batman?

Mr. Belvedere - Fenian1916 - 12-10-2008

Alfred is in for sure and Batman is one of the best shows ever.

How come modern day shows don't have domestic help? Actually I just remembered that Will & Grace had Rosario. She would so totally kick ass...

And supplying large dollops of dry humor would be Geoffrey from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Normally I pride myself on having a good memory. Today I'm feeling like such a dolt.
