Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - Automatic Jack - 08-02-2008 Woah, there's a fan-art thread?! What's it doing in the off-topic discussion board? I would have totally missed Xiao's Mauricio pics if I hadn't been absently staring at the top of the monitor. Oh well, posted a link from here to there anyways. Ken, you said you had saved all the fanart in a folder somewhere? Ya gotta tell us when you get it fixed, 'cuz I'd love to see some of the other stuff that's been done around here, art-wise! So, I can't post them. Maybe one of these days I'll figure it out. Ken V. Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - IanSF - 08-02-2008 Automatic Jack Wrote:Thanks for all the welcomes, guys! There was something about that picture of Jack that just didn't sit right; every time I looked at it I kept getting the feeling that Jack was about to trip himself up. Not picking just being observant!!!! Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - Automatic Jack - 08-02-2008 Yeah, by the time I noticed that it was too late to change the lineart... Oh well, the one I'm working on right now involves Jack sitting down, so there won't be any mishaps. Hopefully. Time to go look up references for blue parakeets... Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - Automatic Jack - 12-17-2008 Quick rakosh stuff, testing out details. Not entirely happy with this one, but it's pretty close to how I imagine a rakosh would look in motion. Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - bones weep tedium - 12-17-2008 Rakosh Back and Rakosh Walking are really nice! Very smooth, powerful lines. I like the exagerrated physique and the ape-like body language. Still not sure about your Jack, though . . . Art-O-Matic Jack's Eye Candy Emporium - Automatic Jack - 12-17-2008 Thanks, Bones! Here's another Jack, for kicks. More of an atmospheric piece than anything, but it was fun to do. This scene is one of my favourites in the RJ series; I trust you all to know where it's from! |
