Knowing that, do you think RJ was supposed to have died in the end of this booK?No, because he showed up later in the AC. But when FPW wrote the tomb it wasn't part of the AC - that only came into being with Reborn. Prior to that, the first 3 books were all independent novels. But I was never sure until I logged onto the INTERNET the first time and found FPW already had Jack in "Hosts". (What a great day that was , I'll tell ya!) I read the comments from your group yesterday and was highly amused that they've already started the GIA MUST GO / GIA MUST STAY debate!Yes, I had to laugh about that too. I can't wait to see what they think when they read some of the other books. It's really better after finishing the series. Discussion question suggestions for The Tomb - acfrogg - 11-28-2006 Sourdoughs Wrote:Thanks, acfrogg! It was fun to read their thoughts as they progressed through the book for the first time. Very neat. Thanks for the Link Marc, I'll be sure to relay it. Thanks again to everyone for the help, I'm really pleased with the turnout of the disscussion. I doubt Anthony changed his mind, he's pretty stuck in his ways. Jack could save the world and he'll just want Jack to obey the law:p Wasn't Jack in the original Nightworld? I thought I had read that he made a brief appearance. I haven't read it yet, so I don't know. Discussion question suggestions for The Tomb - Auskar - 11-28-2006 Why do you call it The Tomb if there's no tomb? (Sorry). I had to do that... (we're tombed!). Discussion question suggestions for The Tomb - webby - 11-28-2006 acfrogg Wrote:Wasn't Jack in the original Nightworld? I thought I had read that he made a brief appearance. I haven't read it yet, so I don't know. Yes, Jack is in the original Nightworld but it's more than just a brief appearance. He's one of the central characters. In the revised Nightworld, there is more of Jack and some other RJ series characters, but Jack was always an important part of the story. If memory serves, Paul's title was RAKOSHI. Discussion question suggestions for The Tomb - Auskar - 11-29-2006 Bluesman Mike Lindner Wrote:I think that was the publisher's ah-deer, Auskar.
