Hmmmmm...could be. I know a bit about Kumite. What I do is one step. I'm just hitting/kicking a big heavy bag. If I did 3 step...I would have to fight an opponent....something I did just a few times....and got my ass handed to me. I scored a few good points...but took way too many hits for my liking. Besides...I coulda broken a nail!
