I did watch it via Netflix. It is the most bizarre movie I have ever seen. It does seem that the surgical procedure is accurate, but the nutritional element of the system is a problem. I think you can figure that out without seeing the movie.
The mad doctor is quite entertaining.
And, there may be sequels as this one is "the first segment."
