How's THIS for "Repairman Jack"? - Ken Valentine - 02-17-2009

Brian Wrote:I envision Jack as a medium build muscular male. 5'10", about 190lbs with medium brown hair. Clean shaved, his features average and hooded by a baseball cap. That's the image that I have gotten. But, when one reads, we form our own Jack in the mind. What I see, others may not.
Although I don't have a copy of THE TOMB handy, it states that Jack is 5'11", brown hair, (with a hairline that's low on his forehead) brown eyes, and his teeth could be straighter. There's more, but I don't remember it at the moment.

Compare the mild-mannered, average pale male picture, in the post above, to these:

Best of all, I didn't remember, until getting these photos, that Melissa George played his wife in Amityville...and she'd be a great Gia.

Sorry about my reply, no harm meant.

And the gun is either a .22 caliber Colt Woodsman or a High Standard .22.

's okay, dude, no offense taken! Since I was in my "Bond" days back then, that was the year that U.N.C.L.E. was cancelled, so I was in my element, with the black turtleneck and slacks. You can't see, but I was wearing black leather ankle boots as well! "Tony" is behind the camera, and it was his gun. He used it to shoot birds off of the telephone lines! Whatever caliber it was, he only called it a "Long barrel" pistol! It had a place on the butt of the handle where you could attach a shoulder stock, which Tony also had! Ahhhhhh, Those were the days!

I always thought Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs looked like Jack (at least in my head), but he may be a bit old for the movie.
