Naw, just sign them "to Biggles", then yank them out of the ingrate's hands and send them to me. You have my address, right? Big Grin

A signed book is a treasure to me.

One actually signed by the author in front of me while I babble about how much I like thier work is something I couldn't begin to imagine parting with voluntarily.

I feel the same way about hockey memorabilia. I've actually been asked (good-naturedly) while getting an autograph if it was going to e-bay.

Nope. Not ever.

I hear you! If I could get a hockey puck signed by Sid the Kid, Geeno Malkin or Jordan Staal, I would keep it as a family treasure. All of my FPW books signed by Paul are prized possessions that I would never sell unless I were destitute.

That's a compliment, Paul. Your signed books are worth money.

I don't suppose Peter Foresberg, Paul Kariya, Mary Erat, David Legwand or Thomas Vokoun would thrill you near as much as they do me, but for me, like my few signed FPW books, they're things I'll never part with volutarily.

(The Foresberg is on a game used puck as well. Smile )
