Whew -- rough week. Sorry I haven't posted here sooner. I meant to.
Status:
NON-inscribed copies of the SIGNED LIMITED EDITION version ($34.95) went out last week.
90% of inscribed copies of the SIGNED LIMITED EDITION version ($34.95) went out today.
90% of autographed and inscribed copies of the REGULAR HARDCOVER EDITION version ($29.95) went out today.
The remaining 10% will go out on Monday. How fast you'll get them depends on whether you ordered with media rate (free) or Priority ($5) but everyone should have them within a week or two, and many may have them as early as Monday and Tuesday.
Thanks to everyone for their orders, and thanks especially to Paul for taking the time to do this. We can't thank him and you enough!
