New Fan - lovestigger68 - 07-06-2005 I just purchased Midnight Mass and will be reading that when finished with RJ and Adversary Cycle. I actually discovered FPW on the message boards at the Robert McCammon site. He's another fave of mine that I have been reading for years. We will be reading all of FPW he's so diverse. I would love to meet him. We are collecting as many 1st edition hardbacks as we can of his. Fun stuff! Maggers Wrote:Welcome to the board. FABULOUS place to hang out! You are sure to like Midnight Mass. I've only read Swan Song (it was OK) and They Thirst (AWESOME) by McCammon. Any recommendations? Quote:I would love to meet him. (best Tony the Tiger voice). Keep an eye out for his appearances and for GU updates. New Fan - lovestigger68 - 07-06-2005 Swan Song was my first McCammon. A Boy's Life seem to be many folks favorites, but it wasn't mine. However Wolf's Hour is excellent! One of my favorites. His latest is Speaks the Nightbird. He started out with horror and went into historical/fiction. His writing itself is very good and rich. He had retired for 10 years and is slowly getting back into the game. You guys are all on the East Coast I noticed. That seems to be where the GU's are held. We are from California, any chance you all would make it out this way? jimbow8 Wrote:You are sure to like Midnight Mass.
