I'm not Kenji, but I can help a little bit...at least as far as the Japanese Pop group is concerned...They used to go by the name dream (yes, lower case), but these days they call themselves DRM.
That song came out in Summer 2000 & was titled SUPER EUROBEAT presents NIGHT OF FIRE.
As far as the Japanese male comedian? I haven't a clue!
Very cute girls, but I guess I'm spoiled by Morning Musume!

lol, see I knew he was WWWAAAAYYY out of place, and unfortunately that was the firsst thing I noticed, the girls have talent but watching that guy had me in tears I was laughing so hard!!
