So, what do you think.... Is the King [now, officially] dead?

Firewall - Marc - 01-30-2006

I thought the King died in 1977? Oh, you mean Stephen King... he's still alive but was hit by a truck and has never gotten over it.

The King dead? I hadn't even heard he was sick...

I think he is referring to Harrison Ford and his ability to choose decent roles.

I had no idea who the King meant, either. My first thought was of Elvis.

I've never considered Harrison Ford to be the king of anything, though I do enjoy him.

"King of the Box Office"
But, since I saw him in "What Lies Beneath" I realized once and for all, the King's crown had no luster.

I love Harrison Ford.

He was always my favorite actor growing up.

Sure his last few movies haven't been good, but when you played both Indiana Jones AND Han Solo, you pretty much will always be in my cool book.

Blade runner and Witness (Perhaps his best acting role IMHO) are a couple other ones I loved.

I never saw Blade Runner, but Wittness, Patriot Games, and Clear And Present Danger were very good.
